We are proud to once again be partnering with Mike Greer Homes, who are building another dream home to auction, to help support critical child health research.
The build for this year’s home, located in Longhurt, Christchurch, has officially begun, with an expected completed build in June 2017. Mike Greer Homes are donating a minimum $35,000 from the auction sale price to Cure Kids.
The launch of the house build was earlier this month, and was attended by our ambassador Sophie who lives with type-1 diabetes, and her mum Jenny (pictured below).
Mike Greer Homes is in the business of building dream homes. But they are also in the business of using their skills and expertise to make a difference in the community.
A special thanks to the current subcontractors who are helping make this project possible by contributing their products and/or services: Dyers Road ITM, Metalcraft Roofing, Sky Scaffolding Ltd, Universal Plumbing Ltd, Southern Foundations Ltd, Piperite Contracting Ltd, Entire Electrical, Vynco, Newtech, Prsymian cable, Active Electrical supplies and Telpower.
This contemporary family home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, double garage, and quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Situated in the popular Longhurst subdivision, the location is suited to families and offers easy access to the city, as well as shops, restaurants, schools and amenities at the doorstep.
The home is expected to be auctioned in July this year. You can keep updated with the house progress via the official website here.
In 2015, Mike Greer Homes built and auctioned off a house in Millwater, Auckland, with a portion of the profits donated to Cure Kids.
