Create a Christmas bauble
to help fund child health research
What’s your Christmas wish?
With Christmas just around the corner, we’d like to acknowledge the many children whose greatest Christmas wish isn’t for a new toy, but rather for a brighter, healthier future.
Eva’s wish is for new antibiotics to help kids who are living with MRSA like her. Corin wants to be “a normal kid” and Isla, who lives with type 1 diabetes, wishes it wasn’t scary when she got her pump needle changed. What’s yours?
This Christmas, we invite you to write your wish on a Cure Kids digital bauble and then share it with your friends and family. Simply click the link below to make a donation of any value to have your Christmas wish inscribed and emailed to you.
Cure Kids’ ambassador Chloe, who lives with acute asthma and bronchiectasis writes, “Dear Santa, my wish is for a toy horsestable. I wish my lungs worked better so I could run better and I didn’t have to do physio everyday. I hope one day there is a cure so I can stay out of hospital. Merry Christmas from Chloe xxxxxxxxxx”
Cure Kids ambassador Mela, who lives with an incredibly rare condition called Moebius syndrome, a neurological condition that primarily affects the muscles that control facial expression and eye movement, writes, “Dear Cure Kids, My Christmas wish to have another surgery on my speech next year because more people will be able to understand me clearly when I speak. Love Mela”
Cure Kids ambassador Brooke, who lives epilepsy and has anywhere from 1 – 3 seizures a day wishes for a seizure-free life so she can experience things like other kids her age.
