Putting With Purpose

Pete’s Putting with Purpose is an amazing campaign to play at all of NZ’s golf causes while fundraising for Cure Kids.

Pete, who was diagnosed with a rare an aggressive form of bone cancer at 17, was a talented and aspiring pro-golfer who came up with the challenge of playing at every single golf course. He managed to complete eight courses in between chemotherapy and radiotherapy sessions before he passed, and left the goal to his brother Jacob to complete. Now, the whole family is setting out to achieve the mission that Pete had left behind.

Pete wanted to support other children with serious illnesses through Cure Kids, and we are extremely touched and inspired by this amazing young man and his family. You can follow their story on social media, and support their goal here.
