Cure Kids and Prezzy Card Join Forces to Support Kiwi Children's Health

New Zealand charity Cure Kids has announced an exciting collaboration with Prezzy Card, the popular prepaid Visa gift card, to provide Kiwis with a unique opportunity to contribute to a worthy cause while enjoying their shopping experience. This exclusive partnership allows individuals to support Cure Kids by simply making purchases with a Prezzy Card, with a donation being made for every transaction.

Starting in May and continuing through July, Prezzy Card will donate $1 for every $200 purchase made with a Prezzy Card to Cure Kids. The contribution comes at no additional cost to the customer or the retailer, making it an effortless way for New Zealanders to give back while shopping.

Frances Soutter, CEO of Cure Kids, expressed her gratitude for being selected as a charity partner for Prezzy Card, particularly as the partnership extends through their iconic Red Nose Day appeal in July. She emphasised that by simply going about their shopping with Prezzy Card, consumers would be positively impacting the lives of vulnerable children living with serious illnesses.

"We're delighted to be chosen as a charity partner for Prezzy Card. This presents such a wonderful and innovative way to support Cure Kids' work funding critical child health research that improves, extends, and saves the lives of tamariki in need," said Soutter.

Cure Kids is the charity behind the country’s iconic Red Nose Day appeal, which takes place this July. As New Zealand's largest charitable funder of child health research, Red Nose Day helps Cure Kids fund research projects aimed at enhancing the lives of Kiwi children affected by serious illnesses and conditions.

Prezzy Card CEO Roger Smith expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership and the opportunity it provides to contribute to the well-being of Kiwi children. Smith emphasised that Prezzy Card is committed to giving back to the community and that Cure Kids is one of many charities that benefit from the programme.

By simply spending the pre-loaded money on Prezzy Card for their purchases, customers are directly supporting Cure Kids and its mission to facilitate medical breakthroughs that positively impact the lives of children and their families affected by serious health conditions.
