Dr Amber Young research focuses on health equity, maternal vaccination, and quality use of medicines. She is interested in how people learn about medicines, vaccinations, and their health, and how their knowledge can be improved. She also has a keen interest in health equity research, utilizing qualitative methods.
Her current research revolves around the investigation of the provision of information about immunization during pregnancy and the factors that influence decisions to vaccinate, with the ultimate goal of enhancing equity in vaccination coverage.
