Malachi’s Bucket list

12 year old Malachi had his first hospital admission at just six weeks old, and has been in and out of hospital since.

Brave Malachi lives with Chiari Malformation, and battles daily with controlling the seizures that he started having at the time of his diagnosis, at 2 years old.

Despite requiring a long list of ongoing treatments and medications to get through day to day, Malachi takes every day in his stride. His motto is: “I might be little on the outside, but I’m big on the inside.”

Malachi woke up in Starship in the High Dependency Unity, looked at all the machines he was hooked to and how he felt, and made a bucket list outlining all the things he wanted to experience in life.

Malachi has such a positive attitude and we are so grateful to have him as part of the Cure Kids family.
